Vigorous vine. The extract from this species is said to be used for its hallucinogenic effects in ceremonies of the Huichol people in Mexico. It apparently pre-dates the similar use of peyote cactus in ceremonies.

Did you smell it? I love the smell of this flower!

They are a larger bloom then most people realize until you see them in person. The vines stems also...I could see swinging from them.
