Lantana camara 'Pink' - Pink Lantana

We have so much lantanas on this property. Too much. all the yellow/orange type. It also pops everywhere.

Yes, Lantana can pop up all over the place. It produces tons of seeds which the birds move everywhere.

This posted plant popped up about 4 years ago or so. I let this one stay. There's another in my front yard which I didn't pull out young and it's now difficult to pull out. I've cut it to the ground a couple of times (it keeps growing back).

I am glad that you let this one stay. It is pretty. They seem to be very cheerful.

Yes, one good thing about Lantana is that it blooms all year. It does grow wild along the freeways here. The purple trailing variety is very widely used in medians here (this variety doesn't seem to naturalize like the other species).
