A broad leaf evergreen. Stunning variegated foliage really stands out in winter, especially after snow fall. Reddish berries open up to reveal brilliant orange berries, like holiday ornaments.

Great all rounder Paul..mine is called 'Silver Queen' maybe that's why I don't get the berries which yours has?

I think these are closely related to the "Holly" where only the female plant will bare berries, and only if there is a male nearby. I have three of these in a row; two with berries, one without. So that must be the male one. It looks great with or without berries nonetheless.

Mine too. They are very well behaved. I mean I only need to do a little pruning once each year. They don't shed leaves or get leggy - they make a good entrance marker for the end of my driveway.

So easy care ,aren't they?I have five other Euonymous..the Emerald, green and Gold variety? a light trim now and then, and removing any shoots that are trying to revert back, and take over..is about all I have to do..same with the variegated Holly..it keeps trying, but never wins ! Lol.
