Snow in Summer

Snow in Summer also looks great in the Winter forming a silvery-green dense feathery carpet. It resembles snowdrifts in summer, completely covered with white flowers.

I call it Snow in Summer too, Cerastium being it's proper name..and a very popular plant here .I like the way you have done the photo :o)

Thank You Sandra. I like to show what the flowers would look like. It's easy to see why it's so popular. Mine starting to cascade down the wall and is really spreading out nicely, smothering all the weeds. I can't wait to see it in bloom.

It will look lovely trailing down the wall..an ideal place for it..the flowers last for ages,don't they? I love the whiteness of them,if you know what I mean :o) some don't look as white!
