its crushed oyster shell fed to chickens ect. to help form shells on their eggs. i like it on my plants because i think it looks good and its also a waste product and wieghs less than gravel...thanks Mouldy

lol Mouldy...never tasted one...i get them from the farmers co-op only around a fiver for a large sack full.

They look great all the same and reasonably priced, I'd say...unless you find a pearl, which would be a bargain! Lol.
