Garden Poppy

I love poppies too...they go quite mad in my garden once established.

I love their silvery green foliage as well as the buds, the flowers and the seedpods.. Last two seasons the leaves went brown and crispy long before the flowers were thro. I didn't think that they were susceptible to problems. Very healthy hardy plants, until that. I keep seed from every successive season. My plants were first seeded in our home garden by my Dad...over 60 years ago!
