This is a house plant, although it would survive outside in the summer ... but I keep it indoors all the time.
I've never heard of I. omneria. It sounds unusual with orange flowers :o)

I have a little production line of these. I grow them on for a couple of years and then plant them out for the summer. They romp away in the ground, but sadly then die when the weather turns.

I have only one. I didn't know you could put them outside.

They do really well in the ground. It's just a shame that they're not hardy.

Maybe I'll put it in a display, and bring it in when the weather goes cold.
It's too small to take cuttings ...
