I LUVVV selfheal......... the colour as you can see MB is SENSATIONAL it also gets plastered in bees and butterflys and what i love is that i just mow it down and up it comes again. The best thing about the wildflowers is that they never get munched on by slugs or pests so there so reliable and cheap too :)

they are and do serve a good purpose for all...
made for the job!!! love the colour too....next to a strong yellow....AMAZING!!!

Thanks MB ....its grown alongside black medick (the yellow plant) which remarkably when going to seed takes on the same shape as the selfheal with jet black seed pods along it, you would'nt believe that a round daisy like flower could change to such a different shape!....again a great nectar plant .And if someone asked us to wear a bright yellow top with that vivid purple trousers or a skirt we tell them NO way but in nature it just works sooo well :)
