I can't explain it, Andrew, particularly as they bring much needed colour and early pollenators into the garden at this time of the year, but they just don't do anything for me.
Having said that, a few folk have asked me to garden for them, which I might consider next year, so, as it wouldn't be mine, a few hellebores might find their way onto the shopping lists. ;-)
