Small sun-loving shrub (from Greece) for well-drained soil. Grows about a foot tall, but as wide as you will let it, although I find cutting it back after flowering stops it becoming too woody and sprawling

3d - I've had this for four years now. Given the last three winters (before this one) were all cold, I'd say yes it is. I'm growing it in my raised alpine bed, so the drainage is very good - I'd say that was the key
