Got down to get the photo & had a job getting up again!!! Ah yes - it's got to that stage now!! Creaking bones!

Nice colour everybody seems to have done well with them this year.

Beautiful colour. The hellebores do seem to be very good this year ,tho' I haven't any myself. They seem to be best seen when up on a bank, then you don't have to lie on the ground to take the pic. :-)

There are two plants there Amy, the one behind is the original & this one up front is a self seeder from that!
It has turned out better than I had hoped!! I do have a couple more further along the bed but they have never been very good & a white one I bought a couple of years ago is a poor specimen!! I have put it in a large pot this year & I think it is trying a bit harder now!! A few small flowers have appeared. :)

I've been potting up the baby self seeded plants so fingers crossed for even more plants another year ... none of mine are in pots they grow wildly around the shrubs they seem to thrive like that in our garden ...

Agree with Amy mine are all in the ground they seem to cope with anything weather wise that's thrown at them there.

These pink ones are in the ground Amy & Bjs, but the white one just refused to do anything where it was, in the same kind of position!! Moody thing!! Anyway since I have put it in the pot it is doing better!! :))
