Yes, the years have flown by...
I started on GoY a year after it was created, in 2007.
I used to be on some other garden websites; however, so many people on those websites were so rude and negative. On GoY most people are very nice and encouraging. :>)

Yes i agree most are very courteous and very pleasant i'm hoping to find one comparable in the USA

Very nice specimens! Neoregelia species are very fast-growing bromeliads. They multiply like crazy when grown in a barrel, big pot or even in the ground.
Neoregelia carolinae is my favorite.
