Plumeria started to bloom in our front yard. I found this flower on the ground and it has a heavenly scent.
There are several plumeria trees on the property but only this one is blooming. The others show no sign of life.
It is a popular tree in the gardens around.

They are Milky...and pleasantly scented. I smell it every time I step outside.

So do I on Vancouver Island, Amy. We are lucky that we can spend the cold months here in Mexico and I am learning all about the local flora. But it is time to go home now. Leaving next week to take care of my rhododendrons, magnolias and such.... :-)

Thank you Dottydaisy. I found that tree (plumeria) to be very exotic (unusual) They just started to bloom.
