I've been growing the specie plant for about eight years now. It has flowers that are maroon and yellow. I must look out for this one though.

Just googled it and found this...A source of scopolamine, used as a premedication prior to surgery, comes from the golden-flowered Hladnik’s scopolia, Scopolia carniolica var. brevifolia which also commemorates the physician Dr. Giovanni Anton Scopoli (1723-1788).
A plant I'd never heard of! :)
