I do love some of the large handmade clay pots owner of this house have around.

Oh Driad, I cannot even move it. Seems like the "hot" countries love to make them. They do not last very long in our climate on Vancouver Island, ....too wet.

The earthy colour of the plant belongs to the pot ,perfect together !

Just had an e-mail from our friends on Vancouver Island , Klahanie .
They hadn't gone south this year like we had thought , but the winter weather didn't sound too bad . They described the lovely sunsets reflecting on the snow in the mainland , though .
