These have been flowering non stop since last spring.

Hi Karen, I originally bought 2 plants of this or the long border, took some cuttings, but then didn't know where to put them, then I realized that they matched the rhododendrons, so I put them in front of the g/h, I had the variegated oliage 1 a few years ago, but they didn't flower as well as these, Derek.

I've never had any success with BMauve in the past...which is why I didn't go for it. But the variegated one...I'd had one in my last garden for just a year, and it was doing really well. NOt so floriferous, I agree, but it looked really well, whereas this one just went woody on me..but lots of flowers. Different soils.

One of the prettiest coloured flowers going! Funnily enough, I didn't choose this one, but the variegated one...I like the brighter foliage. But Bowles' Mauve is lovely!
