lol it needs trimming around the slabs, its amazing how quickly the grass grows over them. Must get on with it maybe this weekend. Well not tomorrow because cricket teas are the first priority tomorrow. lol :O) maybe Sunday.

It all looks lovely Olive, likr the way the Archway just leads you on down the path, I have stepping stones set in grass too so I do know the problems haveing to keep on top of the grass;0)

There is something rather lovely about a path through a rose arch, so traditional, lovely Olive.

Still not managed to get that path trimmed, the stone that is. I have a bad back at the minute and even sitting down typing replies is hard work. Much better walking around. Pleased you like it Dd. it is becoming just as I had visualised it all in my head. lol :O)

Sorry to hear you have a bad back, no gardening for you until it is better, hope it wont be long. Lovely when it all comes together isnt it?

Back is beginning to feel better but I am used to it had a bad back for years, sitting is the worst thing for it, so I keep on having a walk around. It rarely stops me from working but think I have pulled a muscle and that takes a while to get better I know. The worst problem is knowing what needs to be done and not being able to get on with it. lol. so frustrating. Yes it is great when things all come together. I love May and the new growth, middle of June to July is usually the best time for my garden. I can sit and admire it for hours. lol. with a coffee of course or maybe two. :O)
