It seems happy, and I read that it should be kept on the dry side during winter, so it will go into the cold shed in the fall.

Certainly needs to be dry in the winter. I lost a pot of them when the shed roof sprung a leak.

I have had them outside all year, and they don't bloom as well as they should, so I will try inside this winter.

Mine are only just showing signs of life here. I'm surprised that you grow it in a pot there?
