So why aren't mine in flower yet? It's the first time I've tried them - from plug plants.

What's a plant plug, Spritzhenry?

You buy tiny plants in trays or modules, early in the year - mostly mail order but Garden Centres are now beginning to stock them - and grow them on in the greenhouse until frosts are over. They are an intermediate stage between growing from seed and buying trays of bedding plants. Good price, usually and I think well worth it! Saves the hassle of pricking out, you get the number you want to use and also better plants.
