Is this a type of Hibiscus shrub?

That's lovely and well ahead of mine - Is it called 'Blue Bird' or 'Oiseau Bleu'? Mine is still very small, it's three years old now and flowers well, but it's a slow grower, I'm told.

Well, when we bought it - it was called Rose of Sharon, Chrispook.

As for the name - it could be one of those, or some other - this was planted before we knew enough to record the plants we planted somewhere. Sigh. Three-quarters of what's planted I have no name for.
