I got this last year, and the entire first scape was all single. It has started reblooming, and they have been double.

That's lovely, not at all like most doubles with the petals being smaller in the middle.

They should get a little larger when it reblooms. Speaking of reblooming, Strikingly Dramatic started up again today and there is a third scape on it. The first scape has a couple of fat pods.
