I'm new to Echinopsis, but mine is amazing me by continuing to put out new blooms.

I'm pleased for you. This particular one hasn't flowered for several years, and now has one flower only.
It lasted one day lol ...

The lasting just a day is the downside!
Your plant has made offsets. Mine is in a pot where there is no space for offsets, so maybe that's the secret?

They'll produce offsets when they want to, whether there's space or not. They will crowd the pot with them !
I think this one flowered because I repotted it and gave it a feed lol
The flowers only last a day because they grow in arid places, and it uses up water ...
Smaller flowers last longer because they don't take up so much water.

Great angle gives a really good idea of the plants structure which is most impressive...
