It is Kalanchoe of sort , DD. Very pretty.

Beyond Kalanchoe I wouldn't want to guess - there are over a hundred species plus countless hybrids.

I was under the impression it was a Kalanchoe Klahanie, (thats a bit of a mouthful) lol....but was not sure!!
Meanie I know, so annoying when plants are not labelled, this was just bought as a 99 p succulent from Homebase!!

Klahanie

I would suggest Kalanhoe fedtschenkoi, (that is a mouthful) only because it is fairly common species. But only guessing.
Meanie is right on endless varieties of this plant. I am familiar with few of them from our trips to Mexico in winter time.
