It will last about 2 or 3 days Shirley :) There are lots more buds, and they open over a period of several weeks :)

siiiiggghhhh! Cactus flowers. some look like taffeta...some like silk...the stamens look like jewel tipped light filaments! Thanks for the post, Hywel.
