I haven't seen this spectacularly gorgeous tree bloom in a few years. It's just starting to flower; however, the fragrance of the flowers so far are so overwhelmingly sweet-smelling from quite a distance. Photo taken in the Western Edition of Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. on July 26, 2014.
