A close up of the buds and flowers. When it becomes in full bloom I will get more photos. These flowers are so exquisitely, sweet-smelling, it's almost indescribable. Photo taken July 26, 2014.

You haven't even heard the beginning of it! LOL!
I'm sweltering in my 90ºF (32ºC) house. The "July Fry" is in full force right now...especially in inland areas. The nights have been very warm, also. Even at the coast the ocean water temp has been warmer than normal at times close to 80ºF (27ºC). The warm ocean temp keeps the nights warmer than normal.

It's definitely not perfect! It was another sleepless night in this horribly hot house! I hate it!
Unfortunately, I'll have to breakdown and turn on the a/c even though it's very expensive to use. :>(
