Oxalis Iron Cross flowering in Strawberry planter on balcony

Hi Amy, yes, it is a perennial plant! It forms small bulbs that are very easily spread around. I believe it can become a "weed" in some gardens! I'm not sure if it is this particular variety or others forms of the species Oxalis.
