I hadn't taken much notice of these crosses as all look pretty similar but noticed this ones flecking the other day, put it down to the rain first then the sun bleaching the colour, a much cooler day today and its still looking like this, is it just bad colour saturation?

Aaaah now that's funny I have some seedlings of 'Alpha Centauri' x 'Purple Cheetah' and they are huge!! bigger than some of last years, and yes agree much nicer with that fab eye and just the spotting on the edges.
Oh well this is getting much easier with these crosses think I'm down to just one keeper now :-)

There is one called 'Purple Cheetah'. There the spotting is effective. If it is happening all the time, I wouldn't be keeping it.
