We always have lots of apples Alan. We mainly juice them and freeze it. Lovely summer drink. Good to hear that your fruit is doing well.

For sure Amy. We usually have lots of "Spartans" and they make excellent juice. We made over 20 litres last year and it is almost gone.

We have 4 apple trees as well but none of the ones you have Amy.
Juicing is perfect way for using the less perfect apples. We travel south for winter so we could not possibly eat all these. I freeze apples for pies (to make during summer.)

Looks like you'll have a good crop this year Klahanie.
Our fruit trees are doing well this year, conference pears, green gages and cooking apples.
