Day-lilies for us to see and each bloom is so very different.

At the end of the season, I look at all of the photos to choose those that I will be keeping. There are too many new ones to remember them all, and some take an extra year to start flowering. I also start several hundred new plants every year.

This is one I am using to try for an eye on some of the spider types that are very plain. The colours are strong enough, I hope, to stand up to red and purple. Also with something like Jan's Twister for a eye on it.
