Flowering at last! 1 of 6 cuttings I brought through winter, kept 3 and gave the remainder away to friend but they've taken an age to finally flower.
Scotsgran - if you are reading this, has yours flowered yet?

Super! It looks very like one of mine. I'll just check...

Yes, similar to my 'Lemon Fizz', but a I think yours is pinker, mine slightly more lavender in shade. But this is very impressive from a cutting Angie! Well worth the wait!

Thanks - cutting not even taken the conventional way. Stems brought through winter in glass tumblers on a window sill.
The first year I bought this plant, 2012, I took cuttings and after reading on the internet, you can root them in water - I kept 6 stems in water on the windowsill. The cuttings failed and from the 6 stems in water, although they all rooted, only one survived potting up. Last year - all stems rooted in water and of 10 stems, 6 survived transplanting. The only thing I found was that they kept wanting to produce flowers, therefore had to keep nipping the flower buds off, which may well explain why they flowered this late in the year.
Dorjac, you are right - this colour does stand out when the sun is not shining.
Karen, I saw your Lemon Fizz last time you posted it and thought the exact same. I bought this at Dobbies but lost the label somewhere between there and home!

Another shade of mauve that seems to glow when the sun is not shining. Lovely result from a cutting.
