Amelanchier lamarckii

I would have thought that quite early Sheila. Is it one of the first to lose it's leaves?

Many of my trees are starting to turn colours as well Sheila. Fall must be coming. We had a wonderful summer, very warm but dry and many big trees suffer. Time for a little rain :-) (sounds funny coming from my mouth as I hate low clouds and grey skies)

Yes Karen - everything seems to be about 2 weeks early this year!
Klahanie - that's exactly how it is here. We've had a warm dry summer, but now I really would like a good downpour - preferably overnight :)
