Is it any Japanese anemone or this specific one you want Lindak. I have spares of the common one, cr its name but pale pink and a great cut flower.

Hi Scotsgran. I need a short stemmed one if I can find one as it gets windy along the front border. Thanks for your kind offer.

Their common name is windflower because they stand up to wind very well. The bulk of the foliage tends to be short (under one foot) with the flower stems rising gracefully above that. I only got this one last year and it is lovely. Good luck and do let us see what you find.

Lovely colour. I keep on saying that I'm going to get one of these plants and never do, so next week I'm going to a nursery so must make a note!
