Yes, it looks like Verbena. They are wonderful pot flowers on the full sun. I once mixed blue and red ones in a hanging pot and it was amazing decoration.

I have it in full sun Katarina and it is doing very well. Deer munched on it little bit but decided that it does not like it. I have lots of different cultivars of verbenas in other pots on the deck but this one is little more woody that is why I thought it might be lantana. But it is most likely verbena. I will look for it again in GS next spring. It is just so cheerful.
My favorite plant for the pots is Garden Heliotrope (Heliotropium arborescens) with its vanilla-like fragrance.
