that's huge! but I always thought the best time to do that is the end of the winter, when the twigs are soft. Looks like you've just proved somebody wrong, lol

it for Halloween night..its going to be burnt..I am hoping the flames will go up the middle after I have filled in the sides with more willow. Its about 10 ft tall Kasy
