No.no. Its the Union City Library. Its been tropicalized by Nelson Kirk,city parks dept. He's also planted Brachychitons,Chorizia tree's..Wine palms..Auracaria's I dont even remember the name of...I will post a pic of that later.
Nice park..pond,Japanese arched bridges,rolling lawns. LOTS of palms now.
