After a good soaking,followed by a warm sunny day. A window of weather we get in the fall in the SF bay area.

lol,that's it. My pride and joy. Had three fruit this year. Its pushing 6'..two years ago it was a 2' stick.

It's grown pretty quickly. Is it the 'Manila' variety?

Baileys Marvel...rootstock. The main graft died..the rootstock fruit isn't as large or colorful as the Baileys was. But my wife and niece said they were sweet. All three were gone before I got a taste.

That's the only thing that counts is that the fruit is good.
I know people who plant mangoes from seed and sometimes get really good fruit. This is how all the varieties were discovered, by chance seedlings.
