The whole back edge of the pond just slide in one day due to rainwater surface run off from a drive behind our garden! It's all been rebuilt again now!

that's an unexpected hazard of having a pond! was it very bad? how did the fish react?

The fish were fine they all came to the front marginal shelf and then I rebuilt the edge, drained and cleaned the pond and now everything's okay!
