If you could see these pics full size..there's quite a variety of plants.

Thank you.There are horse stables up there...and the land over those hills is mostly cow pasture or parkland or both. A nice mix of city and country up there. The lowlands is 100% city.

The hills are so nice and green! That's what I miss about the Bay Area is the green hills in winter.

Spring is nice...you have the buttercup Oxalis with the green hills,and those wild Acacia's tree are yellow clouds in bloom. With the homes having Palms and Norfolk Island Pines,it has a tropical flavor if you squint juuuust right..

Heavy rains- they say- this weekend. Mild ,mild temps again today. I saw 72f. Cloudy isn't meaning cooler this year.

That's great warm rains! It's good for the plants.
We're not getting any rain at all. :>(
It has been warm, 81ºF (27ºC) here yesterday.
