Thank you Terratonie, Anemones are my all time favourite, I have created a shrub area and wont mind if they spread all over, they are such a joy in the spring, I have moved from a country property which had a large garden, I used to have an open day once a year selling plants to help my church and local charities, My late husband bought the first anemone corms so I am delighted to have moved them successfully into my new garden

delighted your a dog lover (he's very handsome) I have 2 Lhasa apso, Ghilly and Molly, my constant companions and friends, Am still trying to make new friends here, such a lot of young couples as neighbours but they do like coming to look to see what I am doing in the garden, I have planted Rudbecia seeds so plan to share them with neighbours.
Gardening is a great way to make friends.

These are very pretty Mollyat61 It's always such a pleasure when you move plants from a previous home and they take well too. We have moved home several times and I've always found gardening and dog walking are excellent ways of meeting people and making new friends... ;o) Welcome to GoY from me too :o)

I hope we'll see photos of your Lhasa Apsos in your garden. You've done well to move the Anemone corms .. and particularly good news because they give you happy memories of your husband ...
I don't remember by Grandmother, but I was told that anemones were her favourite flower.
