The new area now with a large pot of bamboo in the corner to add some height! Now the bergenia and the astilbe/aruncus and te heucheras are beginning to green up! Bonus there's even some daffodils coming up through one heuchera!!

Thank you for the tip! Under the Pot so that its level and then there's two layers of liner under the gravel! I don't want it growing through the pond liner!!

No you don't want it going through your pond liner. I ve seen many Bamboo run through a garden taking over the whole garden. Mine is the black bamboo they say not as evasive but I still keep in a pot with a shallow dish matching the pot underneath.

I hope not haha! I'm not planning on changing it for a long while! I'm eagerly awaiting it to get taller and more bushy and tree like!!

Looks great. I placed a dish under my pot of Bamboo so the roots dont go into the ground and spread Because I read its going to be banned under evasive plants and the new law will be they can come into your garden and dig evasive plant out that threaten our British plants. Even some Rhododendrons, some lavender and others.
