I think this has a while to go before it looks like Philip's. And I really should have removed all those oak leaves.

I am jealous. I cannot seem to get them going. Have tried a new place this year.

It's funny, I have another group of 4 plants sited not 15 feet away from these, and they aren't thriving at all. The others are white and were purchased at Home Depot, and I bought the good group from an online nursery (I also have 3 free hellebores from a neighbor and those are doing great too). Everything's shaded by the same oak and should have just about the same type of soil. So I can't figure out what the difference is.

They look like they are coming on, give them time they will repay you.
