Wells's Profile

We have gardens in Farmington CT. and Pawlet VT. The climate is almost the same but I try to have different plants between the two. The garden in Farmington is neglected most of the summer because we are in Vermont.
Vermont is in the midst of a changeover. So I scurry around and put in new bushes, pull out the old, and try to make it as carefree as possible.
The Vermont one is my BIG experiment. The gardens have to stand up to their perfect background. Someday, it will all come together. But that is the best part of gardening for me, digging, moving, and looking. I love to play with color combinations. I also like rescue gardening and growing from seeds.
