My younger desert rose is flowering again. This is the second time in the last month or so. Photo taken April 3, 2015.

Definitely not a wildflower. It's a very tropical desert shrub or tree which is native to Africa. It grows very slowly and takes many decades to become a small tree. It blooms very young and old plants/trees have a superb flowering display. I have posted several photos of my plants over the years.
