Looking good Siris :-) I was looking at mine just this morning and thinking how pretty they looked they've seeded like mad this year and made a big clump.

Thanks Simbad, All doing well! 2 flower spikes on the Corydalis now and Iris Captive Sun has a flower bud developing. Im a happy bunny!

Same here Siris :-) fancy you having a bud on Captive Sun none on mine!!
The small iris offset you sent , name escapes me at moment,is huge now I potted it in the greenhouse for the winter and its big enough to plant out now.

Do you mean S2, the one which was straddling its sibling?Hence small roots, that's probably why you put it in a pot. (Blog - Iris from seed 24th May 2014).

A perennial,with ferny brown foliage, needs moist shade. A swap from Simbad. Like this, it's undemanding, unlike the the blue, which doesn't really like me. Must get some of the easier pink Coryadalis.
