Yes it's two doors away from me, at the end of the of the balcony. I am lucky to have all that space. Charlie and William love there Vegetable and herb garden; and I'm loving doing it. I will take some photos to show you more of my balcony.

Thanks for confirming they are Runner beans as I thought. It's good to grow things & if other people can benefit & you get enjoyment out of it, then what could be better? :-))
Looking forward to your future photos.
Our balcony isn't looking very good at present as I'm in the process of removing the spring flowers that have mostly gone over now & replacing them with the summer bedding plants. :-))

I think I put the runner beans out a bit to early. One or two; don't seem to be doing to good. I'm hopping they will pick up. A lot of ground floor balcony gardeners in my area, move some of their pots out onto the grass. Would you be able to do that?

No, I don't think so. Our "lawn", as my wife sometimes refers to it, is sometimes cut by the council gardeners using a ride-on mower & I think it would be very difficult to weave around any pots I were to put out. LOL!
Nevertheless I push my long, white troughs on the balcony floor almost half their width outside the balcony floor. This obviously gives me a few extra inches of space on the balcony - very welcome in the summer - but doesn't impinge on the grass nor impede the gardeners from cutting the grass.

Are those runner beans at the far end? It's difficult to tell from the photo, but you seem to have erected a frame.
