If you look carefully on the pistil you will see a small spur. This means that it will not set seed, so there is no reason to try and pollinate it. The pollen, however, is good; and I used it on a Destined to See flower that was open today and is also a poly.

I learned about it from watching the videos Dan Hansen has posted on YouTube. He is the hybridizer of Frankenflower and a lot of the registered ones I have.
