After doing a little searching and asking around, this is a Sculpted pleated form. While most are flat, some stand up. Curt Hansen has 2 registered that are similar: 'Mens Wear' and 'Origami King'. (You know his 'Crintonic Shadowlands' and his site is: http://crintonic.com
It means I have a new direction I can play with, so hopefully the cross I made with it (pollen from Applique) takes.
