Tree Peony 'Yu Ban Bai'

This was a brilliant offer HB around 5 years ago a newspaper offer from Thompson and Morgan 5 for 14.99 free postage, I lost 2 totally my fault, I potted them up and they froze solid in one of the cold winters, they were huge plants and they just get better and better each year.
I did treat myself to a yellow a couple of weeks ago too :-)

Another beautiful one. You still have nice ones. That 2010/11 winter was devastating.

They have done so well .....

My Rokii will be out in the next few days , only the one flower bud but I aint moaning .....

I have two large plants no flowers about 15 years old and maybe older that need a chop , I get so nervous though thats the problem of which time is best to do , I have new growth from the base so I know in a couple more weeks they will totally stop growing

I he never had to prune mine yet Gg I'd be nervous too!! I noticed today that the ones that snapped have a dormant bud just below the breaks so fingers crossed they grow and fill the gap in the middle.
