Thanks. Thats very good to know. I adore France, but I am a very poor traveller and am nearly always ill after flying so when holidaying we look for places that are close to the airport. Especially as we usually have to fly Scotland - London then a second flight to our holiday destination. In fact I was ill for two days on our return from Antigua in January and at the time I said I'd not be going away for many years! However...this awful weather has got me thinking! Lol!

Antigua! It must have been incredibly beautiful. Heaven on earth!? But you suffered for two day after your hols.. Poor Karen.. So sorry to hear that!! Flying too long is not a nice thing; it often gives me a headache. Changing planes is not nice either. It requires a lot of patience. I had to change planes twice in January to go to Japan and it really was a bit of a hustle. The weather here in Norfolk now is horrific too; windy, dark and wet. Well, I looked at flights from Edinburgh to Bergerac and found out that you need to stop at Southampton. It'd be lovely if we could meet up in France someday!
